Shiatsu is a holistic, manual bodywork along the meridians that affects the entire organism, activates the body’s self-healing powers and strengthens the immune system. Gentle pressure and attentive touch bring body, mind and soul into harmony. Shiatsu is therefore not only a wonderful way to relax, but also an effective treatment method for a variety of complaints, such as:
\ntiredness, exhaustion
\nsleep disorders, circling thoughts
\nheadaches, tension
\npain in the musculoskeletal system<\/p>\n

You will experience a deep sense of well-being during and after the treatment.<\/p>\n

Shiatsu treatment<\/h2>\n

The treatment is carried out lying on the floor on a mat. Please come in comfortable, loose clothing (e.g. T-shirt, jogging pants and socks). <\/p>\n
