Good to know

Arrival and departure

Your room at the Seehotel Rust is available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival, on the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am. If you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know your arrival time. Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day.

Pets at the Seehotel Rust

Pets are welcome on request in selected rooms at the Seehotel Rust. Please be considerate of other guests! Pets are not permitted in the wellness oasis, on the sunbathing lawn (with the exception of the dog island) or in the restaurant. A fee of €27.00 per night is charged per pet for additional room cleaning (excluding food). If you bring your pet without prior notice, €53.00 per pet per night will be charged. Dogs must be kept on a lead in the hotel and on the hotel grounds.

Starting from your first overnight stay at a Burgenland Card partner accommodation, you will automatically receive the complimentary Burgenland Card – your ticket to numerous free services and discounts throughout Burgenland.
